A smart handmade roundel handbag, crocheted in red jute. It is trimmed on both sides with red raffia flowers, lined and fitted with natural bamboo handles.

This pretty handbag design is simply constructed from two closely crocheted disks of a jute and contrasting natural threads combination. The bag has a very dense weave and is lined with a muted pink raw silk. The design is completed with a pretty row of handcrafted red raffia flowers back and front.

I think it is a bag that would make a lovely everyday summer handbag. The long D shaped bamboo handles allow it to be worn casually shoulder slung. It would fit as well when worn with dresses and as with jeans and a T.Shirt.
